Richmond, TX    Registered Nurse - Multiple Departments Full Time / Competitive Pay / Competitive Benefits MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in Texas. This essential role involves providing high-quality patient care across various settings, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities for a RN: •Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed. •Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care. •Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, post-treatment care, and overall health and wellness. •Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. •Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and answering questions. •Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care. •Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe healthcare environment. Registered Nurse Required Qualifications: •Current RN licensure in the state of Texas. •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program. •Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
