We are a private concierge practice at the forefront of Integrative, Functional, and Anti-Aging Medicine, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to thrive in a personalized, wellness-focused environment.
Position Highlights
* Concierge Primary Care & Anti-Aging Medicine
* Infusions, Hormone Therapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Weight Loss, and Cellular Health
* Focus on prevention, aesthetics, and optimizing longevity
* Cash-Based Model – No billing, coding, or insurance headaches
* See just 8–12 patients per day
* Work alongside a collaborative and supportive team of RNs, MAs, and administrative staff

Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
