Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Surgeon to join a prestigious team of ABOG board-certified gynecologists in New York, NY. Qualifications:
?Education: MD|DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of OB|GYN residency and MIGS fellowship.
?Licensure: Active New York State Medical License; MIGS Board Certified or Eligible.
?Experience: Specialization in robotic surgery (e.g., da Vinci platform) required.
?Technical Skills: Expertise in laparoscopic|hysteroscopic procedures, endometriosis management, and fibroid resection.
?Soft Skills: Bilingual (Spanish|English) preferred, strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
Key Responsibilities:
?Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic-assisted procedures).
?Diagnose and treat complex gynecologic conditions (endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain).
?Develop individualized care plans prioritizing patient safety and recovery.
?Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
?Maintain accurate surgical documentation and adhere to clinical guidelines.
?Mentor junior staff and contribute to advancements in minimally invasive techniques.
