Qualifications:
?Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
?Licensure: Active NY State Medical License (required).
?Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and managing hormonal disorders, endocrine testing, and patient care coordination.
?Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork; ability to educate patients on lifestyle and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
?Evaluate patients for hormonal imbalances and interpret diagnostic tests.
?Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, including medication and lifestyle guidance.
?Conduct follow-ups, monitor progress, and maintain detailed patient records.
?Provide compassionate care for complex endocrine conditions.
?Stay updated on the latest research, treatments, and technologies in endocrinology.
?Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
