Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a progressive multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. This role focuses on integrative, patient-centered care within a collaborative team. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with ENT experience or bilingual in Spanish or Russian will find this especially rewarding.

Qualifications:
~ Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
~ Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License
~ Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
~ Bilingual in Spanish or Russian required
~ New graduates welcome; ENT or multi-specialty experience is a plus
~ Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical diagnostics
~ Strong communication, cultural competence, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
~ Perform physical exams and patient observations
~ Document medical histories and symptoms
~ Develop and update patient care plans
~ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
~ Monitor medical equipment and administer treatments
~ Diagnose and manage health conditions
~ Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and injury prevention
~ Collaborate with healthcare teams and families
