Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join a multi-specialty practice in Bronx, New York. Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
~ Active NY State Medical License
~ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Responsibilities:
~ Examine patients requiring physical therapy or rehabilitation
~ Diagnose and treat pain stemming from injury, illness, or disability
~ Develop and manage patient-centered treatment plans
~ Perform or recommend procedures such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplasty
~ Lead interdisciplinary care teams, including PTs and OTs
~ Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment as necessary
~ Provide adaptive tools and strategies to enhance physical function
~ Offer counseling and support to patients and families adapting to new physical limitations
~ Support patients under long-term care plans
~ Participate in clinical research to improve care outcomes and treatment modalities
