Responsibilities:
~ Consult with patients to understand physical condition and symptoms
~ Assess and interpret patient evaluations and diagnostic results
~ Develop and implement customized treatment plans
~ Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
~ Educate patients on exercise and mobility techniques
~ Provide guidance on in-home treatment and physical health maintenance
~ Offer educational support on injury prevention and ergonomics
~ Collaborate with other healthcare providers
~ Maintain detailed documentation of patient care
~ Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulations
