Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to fill an opening with a school located in North Carolina.

Requirements:
~ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
~ NC license for Speech-Language Pathology
~ Minimum of 1 year experience
~ BLS certification (per policy guidelines)

Benefits:
~ $45 per hour salary

Schedule:
~ Full-time position
~ 738 hours per school (two schools)
~ Available 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
~ Monday to Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons

Responsibilities:
~ Provide direct speech and language therapy services aligned with students’ individual education program (IEP) goals
~ Provide indirect (consultative) services to staff, parents|sponsors, and students as per IEP goals
~ Participate in meetings and assist with development of IEPs for eligible students
~ Conduct school-wide screenings including observations, informal assessments, and criterion-referenced assessments; provide written screening results
~ Share screening results with teachers, Student Support Teams, Case Study Committees, and parents|sponsors as appropriate
~ Perform observations at target schools and other DoDEA schools on installations
~ Write evaluation reports including diagnostic findings and educational implications
~ Manage cases including tracking timelines and review dates
~ Participate in Child Find activities at the school level and in joint agency Child Find activities once each semester
~ Maintain confidential special education files ensuring compliance with Department of Defense Manual 1342.12 and the Privacy Act of 1974
