Position Overview:
• Full-time Medical Director role with an 80% clinical | 20% administrative split
• Oversee all clinical providers (MDs and APPs)
• Maintain your own patient panel (18–22 patients|day)
• Lead strategic initiatives including:
o Productivity redesign
o Quality and coding improvements
o Culture overhaul and mentorship
o Development of a new clinic and hospital

Requirements:
• MD or DO (Board Certified in Family Medicine; BE considered if pending)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of CPT|billing codes and productivity metrics
• Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and rural systems-building
