Experience you'll need: Current, unencumbered Utah or compact state RN license, Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire and ONS|ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certificate, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
