Qualifications:
Education: MD|DO from an accredited institution
Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
Experience: Open to new graduates; Board Certified or Board Eligible
Technical Skills: Diagnostic proficiency, treatment planning.
Soft Skills: Patient|parent communication, teamwork, adaptability, preventative care advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Collect, record, and maintain patients' information and histories.
Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and family members.
Monitor patients' conditions and progress.
Direct, coordinate, consult with, and refer patients to nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
Advise patients, parents, and guardians on diets, activities, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Conduct research and remain up to date on current trends, discoveries, and developments in the field.
