Looking for an exceptional Lead PT to run PT and OT Department. (1 PT, 2 PTA’s, 2 OT’s plus you). Looking for a driven provider that knows what to do with a massive amount of new case volume. Keep patients thrilled with our patient centered care and keep time aligned with KPI’s. We are a Orthopedics and Physical & Rehabilitation practice located in South Jersey.
Requirements include:
• Ability to fully manage OT’s, PTs, PTAs and Physical Therapy Technicians.
• Graduate from an accredited DPT program.
• 1-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, with leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary medical facility and work interdependently with Chiropractors, Acupuncture, and Massage therapy.
• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
We are a progressive and forward-thinking practice with plenty of room for upward mobility as the company grows. Flexible schedule with counterpart system, Monday to Friday and Every other Saturday.

Pay & Bonus Structure:
Base Salary: 100k to 130k based on Experience & Skill Set
Bonus based on Weekly Visit Average of PT & OT staff:
Average PT visits >170 will get an incremental overage bonus
Average OT visits > 70 will get an incremental overage bonus
Incremental bonus = $30k - $40k annually {$50-$60 per visit}
Bonus is paid out monthly. Will be discussed during in-person interview.
