We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Defiance OH. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has exceptional adjusting skills, and a teamwork mentality, and must be able to effectively communicate with patients, explaining treatment plans, addressing concerns, and empowering them to take an active role in their own health journey. Must be patient focused, a quick learner with strong clinical skills, and someone who is excited about treating and developing a relationship with the whole family and believe in wellness and chiropractic principles. We will consider recent grads, if they are very coachable.

We are a family wellness chiropractic office that has proudly served our community for over 17 years and due to our excellent reputation, we continue to grow! We offer a fantastic range of onsite rehab to include, Shockwave, Decompression, Dry needling, Ultrasound, Russian|IF|TENS, Bracing, and Cupping. We have an amazing team with Chiropractors and dedicated support staff that collaborate to bring our patients the best care possible.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging|documents|reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging|X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Gonstead|Diversified, Thompson drops, Basic activator and SOT, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Order and overseeing rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Participate in Team meetings to review treatment plans and office workings
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in OH
• Will consider recent grads
Schedule:
• Full time (Mon-Thurs)
• 4-day work week
Compensation:
• $70k-$120k per year (DOE)
