We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our practice full time in Rockaway NJ. Do you have sales experience, understand people, and love helping others? Are you energetic, have a positive attitude and ready to grow into a sales position in a medical office? Then we want you and your unique skills to join our reputable, knowledgeable, and well-respected team! We are looking for a sales rep to promote our in-office therapies and treatment protocols, helping patients reach their health goals by serving as a bridge between the patient and clinician. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, a great communicator and team player and must have exceptional empathy, compassion, and sales skills.
As a Medical Sales Rep, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life. To be a remarkable Sales Rep, you must be able to develop trust and the confidence necessary to help patients navigate their individual Plan. You will need to express a breadth of knowledge and experience in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Duties:
• Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
• Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
• Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders
• Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
• Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
• Execute patient follow up calls
• Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
• Assist the patients|staff with office flow
• Attend regular staff meetings
• Collaborate with the office staff for comprehensive patient care
• Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
• Maintain an organized office

Qualifications:
• Must have strong sales skills with preferably high-ticket and|or high-value wellness services sales experience
• Sales, consulting, or enrollment experience in wellness, medspa, fitness, coaching, or elective healthcare
• Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results
• Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
• Ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results
• Self-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity
• Ability to overcome objections with confidence
• Team orientation and strong collaborator
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus

Schedule:
• Full time

Total Compensation (potential):
• $50k-$60k plus bonuses commission per sale (base salary plus expected bonus compensation)
