Position Overview
Deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care facility located in Queens, NY. As an RN Supervisor, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and resident care standards.

Qualifications
~ Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree
~ Licensure: Active NYS RN license
~ Experience: At least 1 year in long-term care
~ Technical Skills:
~ Safe medication administration
~ EMR proficiency
~ Soft Skills: Empathy, strong communication, adaptability
~ Additional Requirement: Proof of Hepatitis B immunity
Candidates must have experience in the following areas:
~ Clinical assessments & SBAR communication
~ Care plan development & documentation
~ Admission assessments & resident monitoring
~ Controlled substance handling
~ LPN|CNA supervision & coordination of care
~ Fall|Elopement prevention & response
~ Elder abuse recognition & reporting
~ GG, PRI, and MDS completion
~ Long-term care best practices knowledge
Key Responsibilities
~ Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
~ Administer medications|treatments per orders
~ Monitor resident conditions and document in EMR
~ Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure continuity of care
~ Perform safety rounds and respond to emergencies
~ Ensure adherence to facility protocols and DOH regulations
