Position Overview
Join a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY as a Morning Shift RN Supervisor. You’ll lead care teams and ensure quality, person-centered care for residents in a supportive, regulatory-compliant environment.

Qualifications
~ Education: Valid RN degree
~ Licensure: Active NYS RN license
~ Experience: Minimum 1 year in long-term care setting
~ Technical Skills:
~ EMR documentation
~ Safe medication administration
~ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork
~ Additional Requirement: Proof of immunity to Hepatitis B
Candidates must have working knowledge in:
~ EMR usage and documentation
~ Clinical assessments and SBAR completion
~ Developing & updating care plans
~ Resident admission assessments
~ Controlled substance handling and documentation
~ LPN|CNA supervision
~ Fall and elopement prevention
~ Elder abuse reporting and prevention
~ PRI, GG, and MDS completion
~ Regulatory compliance and long-term care best practices
Key Responsibilities
~ Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
~ Administer medications and treatments per orders
~ Monitor resident conditions and document accurately
~ Supervise clinical staff and maintain care quality
~ Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state|federal regulations
