Position Overview:
Join the Emergency Department of an Acute Care | Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. Provide high-quality care in a trauma setting, delivering critical support during night shifts (12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).

Qualifications:
~ Education: Active RN license in New York State
~ Certifications: BLS & ACLS (required)
~ Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience; Level 1 or Level 2 trauma strongly preferred; must have both adult & pediatric ED exposure
~ Technical Skills: EPIC EMR proficiency preferred
~ Soft Skills: Critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork in high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities:
~ Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
~ Support trauma care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
~ Administer medications and follow BLS & ACLS protocols
~ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR (preferred)
~ Uphold safety standards and deliver patient-centered care
