Opportunity Highlights

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field
Prior experience as Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Active New York license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, hospice, home health, or hospital medicine a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual earnings: $310,000 to $345,000 (fee-for-service model, uncapped)
