Position Highlights
* Concierge-style primary care model without concierge fees
* Outpatient-only practice focused on Medicare Advantage patients
* Patient panel capped at approximately 400 patients
* Value-based care environment emphasizing quality over volume
* Modern clinic with on-site labs, EKG, and echocardiography
* Robust interdisciplinary support team including:
* APPs
* Pharmacists

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive guaranteed base salary plus incentives
* First-year earnings potential approximately $315K–$335K
