Location: Massachusetts (Boston, Haverhill, Lowell)
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Overview:
We are hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with experience in substance use disorders to join our growing behavioral health team in Massachusetts. Positions are available in Boston, Haverhill, and Lowell, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.

Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) when appropriate.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Massachusetts.

Certification in Psychiatry and|or relevant clinical experience required.

Experience working with patients who have substance use disorders strongly preferred.

DEA license and buprenorphine waiver (or eligibility) a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
