Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD|DO) to join our primary care team in Millinocket, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, patient-centered environment with the stability of a guaranteed salary and potential bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals.
Coordinate care with hospital services and local specialists.
Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR effectively.
Participate in community health and wellness initiatives as desired.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active or eligible for Maine medical licensure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
$240,000 guaranteed base salary.
