Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. This contract role involves direct patient care under RN supervision, focusing on monitoring, treatment, and recovery support.

Qualifications:
~ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
~ Licensure: Active New Mexico LPN license
~ Experience: At least 1 year of relevant field experience required
~ Skills: Patient care, clinical documentation, infection control, communication, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:
~ Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN supervision
~ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and care progress
~ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with the care team
~ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals
~ Maintain accurate records, including medication logs and shift reports
~ Ensure compliance with infection control and facility policies
~ Provide emotional support and advocacy for patient needs
