Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 78-day local contract in Albuquerque, NM. This night-shift role involves direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications:
~ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
~ Licensure: Active New Mexico LPN license
~ Experience: At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
~ Skills: Strong patient care, documentation, infection control, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
~ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
~ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
~ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians
~ Educate patients and families on medications, recovery goals, and post-treatment care
~ Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports
~ Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies
~ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs during rehabilitation
