Qualifications:
~ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
~ Licensure: Active or eligible New York State PT License
~ Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
~ Technical Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
~ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and patient-care abilities, ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
~ Provide evidence-based physical therapy services in an acute care setting
~ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
~ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
~ Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
~ Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and recovery
