(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected critical access hospital in Northern, AR . The provider would work Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and a half day on Friday. (4|10 schedule negotiable) with ER cross coverage (24 hour shift) if the Provider would be interested. The clinic averages about 17-20 visits per day in the clinic. The ER volume runs approximately 90 visits per month. Low patient volume but high acuity. Most of the patients are stabilized and transferred to Little Rock or Bentonville.

If the Provider would like to work in the clinic without ER cross coverage, the base salary would be in the $130,000-140,000 range plus benefits. The clinic hours are Mon-Thursday and one half day on Friday. However, if the provider would be interested in working in the ED in addition to the clinic there would be extra pay per shift. There is a performance- based incentive plan as well that is also offered and discussed during the interview. New graduates that feel confident in their skills as a provider and can function autonomously are welcome. Historically, someone with a strong ER RN background as a new graduate works well in this setting. This location qualifies as an FQHC and loan repayment through the NHSC program. If awarded the Provider would receive $25,000 per year paid to the Provider's student loans. There is a separate application that needs to be completed and a two-year commitment need to be made in exchange for $50,000 in loan forgiveness. Excellent opportunity for a new or experienced Provider seeking to work in a RHC with ER coverage.
