Group seeks an Endocrinologist to work in SE New Mexico (2 hours to El Paso, TX)! Join an independent physician led/managed multi-specialty group with 3 clinics and a staff of over 160.

Lucrative comps (base salary up to $350k) with productivity incentives, $20k signing bonus with $10k relocation assistance.  Great people!  Each provider has dedicated NP/PA and medical staff assigned to them. Impressive clinic facilities.

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed base salary (up to $400,000 / year after bonuses

Job/Practice Description

  • Monday – Thursday and ½ day Friday
  • Support patients with consults, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome.
  • Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. 
  • Test and interpret results of imaging studies.
  • Prescribe and/or administer treatment and medication.
  • Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication.
  • Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
  • Referral base from primary care, specialists, and community hospitals. 
  • NexGen EMR.

Requirements:

  • BE/BC Endocrinology
  • New Mexico license, or eligible
  • J1 visa Sponsorship - they cant do H1Bs
  • No experience needed
