Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in a home health setting. This role involves working directly with clients in their homes to improve function and independence in daily living activities.

Qualifications:

~ Education: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (AOTA|AMA approved) or eligible for the National Registration Examination
~ Licensure: Current state registration or license
~ Certification: CPR certification required
~ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a home health or related setting
~ Other: Valid driver’s license, insured automobile, and reliable transportation; strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

~ Perform occupational therapy assessments, skilled treatments, and evaluations under a physician-approved Plan of Care
~ Develop treatment programs and establish goals for improved client function
~ Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per agency guidelines
~ Communicate care plans and progress with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary staff
~ Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers
~ Recommend or design adaptive|assistive devices and splints as needed
~ Participate in care conferences, interdisciplinary referrals, and care coordination
~ Ensure compliance with agency policies, state|federal regulations, and professional standards
