Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT, RPT) to join our team in Saint Augustine, FL. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, with a focus on improving mobility, managing pain, and restoring function to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications:

~ Education: Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
~ Licensure: Current Florida Physical Therapist license (PT, RPT)
~ Soft Skills: Strong organizational ability, adaptability, intrinsic motivation, proactive approach to patient care, and excellent interpersonal communication

Key Responsibilities:

~ Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function
~ Diagnose movement dysfunctions and implement tailored therapeutic interventions
~ Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and preventive care strategies
~ Administer hands-on therapy including massage and stimulation techniques to support recovery and overall well-being
