Position Overview:
Join our team as a Pediatric Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Syracuse, NY. This role supports day-shift operations across pediatric units, requiring flexibility to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
~ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
~ Licensure: Active New York State CNA Certification
~ Experience: Minimum 1 year of patient care experience; Level 1 trauma experience required
~ Technical Skills: Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain|re-certify)
~ Soft Skills: Adaptability, compassion, teamwork, and strong communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
~ Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA
~ Assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and patient monitoring
~ Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage
~ Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
