~ Education: Graduate (or graduating) from an accredited PTA program
~ Licensure: Current CA Licensure or ability to obtain

~ Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; passion for patient care; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
~ Implement physical therapy treatment plans under therapist supervision
~ Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional training
~ Apply therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques
~ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
~ Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
~ Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
