(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic - Practice Manager - ?We are hiring a proven medical practice administrator for an established organization based in Tucker GA. This is a visionary, progressive, dynamic organization that is coming together to make some changes in traditional medicine. Please have experience in the Personal Injury space.

You MUST have this experience, present as a professional, able to communicate within the organization as well as in the community.

- Implement and represent policies enthusiastically.
- Oversee clinical administrative staff and daily office operations
- Track data and prepare management reports (reports include but are not limited to: potential client list, contract fulfillment, timesheets, turnover, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain employee and client rosters and files
- Responsible for the scheduling of all local member clients and staff utilizing CRM|EMR
- Assist with Payroll, Billing and Human Resources functions
- Manage office supplies budget along with ordering of supplies
- Implement procedures to improve office performance (i.e. minimize cancellations, minimize staff turnover)
- Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Attend|lead required trainings and meetings
- Provide marketing support for the office, and meet minimum monthly growth requirements
- Implement procedures and keep abreast of changing organizational needs as it relates to business systems, legal practices, HIPAA compliance, and technology
- Meet monthly with Executive Director to receive supplemental trainings and to review monthly goals that are in line with the quarterly goals
- Knowledge of compliance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics suite is a plus
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, terminations
- Ordering of supplies
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Experience as a strong leader of people, builder of teams, attention to the bottom line, and a big-picture visionary.
