Northeast    (Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Technologist/Technician - We are looking for an exceptional Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a team of patient-centered professionals who foster a culture of caring for one another while providing an excellent patient experience. Join us as a Nuclear Med Tech and experience the benefits and career growth that this world-class academic medical center has to offer – right in the heart of gorgeous Burlington, VT.
Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures, including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine. An Associate or a Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
• Active ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or active NMTCB (CNMT) certification.
• Vermont Nuclear Medicine Technologist license or eligibility to obtain state license.
• This position requires verification of your college transcript. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Epic EMR experience
• PET|CT experience
• Level I trauma center experience
• One year of paid nuclear medicine technologist experience

Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards, and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
Hours - Monday - Friday 9 am-530pm, no weekends except call coverage
Required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. More details - Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example - 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p-7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.
