This would ultimately be a solo practice with a primary office in micropolitan Russellville, and a satellite office in metropolitan Ft Smith, roughly 100 miles west, on the AK|OK border. Russellville currently operates between 8 and 10 days per month (2 or 3 days a week), and Ft Smith from 1 - 2 days per month. Both offer the potential to grow in the hands of the ambitious practitioner, or to maintain at less hectic current manageable pace if so desired.
To begin with, a new Surgeon would be guaranteed somewhere between $2K and $3K per day plus commission on anything produced beyond that base. There is a travelling team and occasional Saturdays could be involved. Each office has 3 operatories and 2 exam rooms, equipped and licensed for general anesthesia.
A 2 - 3 year commitment is preferred, and equity buy-in to the managing company is available after 1 year. Standard benefits are included, as described later on.
