Job/Practice Description: Urologist

• 24-30 hours per week
• Minimal Call - phone only
• Urologist will work a combination of clinic and OR time
• Urologist will be expected to grow into full schedule, provider will have input.  Goal is to match expected annual RVU requirement for base salary.

Professional Background:

• MD / DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonology
• IN Medical License
• Open to New Graduates
