Currently Part-Time Practice starting at up to 2 days per month. Combined with sister practice to the East in Russellville AK, practice days would be approximately 3 per week, with potential for growth to 4+ with the right candidate.
To begin with, a new Surgeon would be guaranteed somewhere between $2K and $3K per day plus commission on anything produced beyond that base. There is a travelling team and occasional Saturdays could be involved. Each office has 3 operatories and 2 exam rooms, equipped and licensed for general anesthesia.
A 2 - 3 year commitment is preferred, and equity buy-in to the managing company is available after 1 year. Standard benefits are included, as described later on.
