A highly respected private OB|GYN practice in Miami is seeking an additional board-certified or board-eligible physician to join a group of four physicians. This group is known for its stability, advanced technology, and strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Position Highlights
• 50% Obstetrics | 50% Gynecology
• 500+ deliveries annually
• 8–10 major surgeries + 10–20 minor procedures monthly
• 4.5-day workweek; early Friday close
• 1:4 call schedule
• Average 20–22 patients|day
• Modern 4,000 sq. ft. office with advanced equipment (LEEP, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, ultrasound)
Hospital & Support
• Deliveries at a hospital with a Level III NICU
• 24|7 OB anesthesia
• Full pediatric, MFM, and neonatology support
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary $325,000 - $350,000
• $20,000 annual performance bonus
• Partnership considered after 3 years
