We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a post-acute and long-term care facility. This Contract-to-Perm opportunity allows you to service the geriatric population by delivering the best patient care possible. This position will serve the Burlington, NC area.

Location: Burlington, NC

Start date: 9/1/22

Length of Contract: 3-4 months with a perm option

Work Schedule: Mon to Friday; 6 hrs. required on site to see patients then chart at home

Patient Volume: 20-22 patients per day

Practice Setting -- Inpatient, Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Population -- Geriatric

Certifications Required -- Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in the state of North Carolina

DEA -- North Carolina DEA required

EMR -- Gherimed/Point Click Care

Vaccination requirement -- Yes. Must be full vaccinated for COVID19+
