We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a post-acute and long-term care facility. This Contract-to-Perm opportunity allows you to service the geriatric population by delivering the best patient care possible.

Location: Lynchburg, VA

Start date: As soon as credentialed

Length of Contract: 6 months with a perm option

Work Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

Patient Volume: 22 to 25 patients per day

Practice Setting -- Inpatient, Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Population -- Geriatric

Certifications Required -- Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in the state of Virginia

DEA -- Virginia DEA required

EMR -- Gherimed/Point Click Care

Vaccination requirement -- Yes. Must be full vaccinated

Pay: $70-75/hr (Housing and transportation package available if needed)
