We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a post-acute and long-term care facility. This Contract opportunity allows you to service the geriatric population by delivering the best patient care possible. This position will serve the Waverly or Chase City, VA area. New Graduates are Welcome! Will cover H/T if traveling in from greater than 60 miles for the contract.

Location: Farmville, VA

Start date: ASAP/IMMEDIATE NEED

Length of Contract: 3-6 months(Option to go perm)

Work Schedule: Mon to Friday 8-5p

Patient Volume: 25 patients per day

Practice Setting -- Inpatient, Long-Term Care / Assisted Living Center

Patient Population -- Geriatric

Certifications Required -- Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in the state of Virginia

DEA -- Virginia DEA required

EMR -- Gherimed/Point Click Care

Vaccination requirement -- Yes. Must be full vaccinated for COVID19+

Pay: Top Competitive Hourly Rate
