**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience managing and growing multi-site physician practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.

- Experience in a medical setting and leadership roles.

- Key skills in finance, HR, compliance, and EMR|EHR systems.

- Relevant certifications such as CPPM, CMPE, or CMM.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operations and maintain financial health.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel.

- Plan and coordinate health services effectively.

- Collaborate with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.

**Additional Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in healthcare or related medical fields.

- Experience in a managerial role.

- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
