Position Highlights
* Assume an established concierge panel of ~400 highly engaged adult patients.
* Blend of Primary Care and Endocrinology~70% of practice focused on diabetes care.
* Daily volume of 2–4 patients, allowing for extended, unhurried visits.
* Collaborative group of four physicians sharing space, staff, and overhead while maintaining independent practices.
* Strong relationship with Northwestern Medicine and a sophisticated patient base including many community leaders and donors.
