The extensive package contains: Gastroenterologist
- $650,000 salary for 2 years.
- Ability to earn production and a quality bonus. The annual RVU threshold is 5200 RVUs.
- Additional pay for call – up to 3k per month
- $68.50/rvu
- Additional incentives: There is the potential to receive a sign on bonus and + relocation support.
- Additional quarterly incentives will also be eligible based on the quality and physician care.
- Signing bonus of up to $75,000 for 3-year contract or $50,000 for 2 year contract.

Role Details:
- Location: Longview, TX (1.5hrs from Dallas)
- Gastroenterologist
- Group of 6 other providers to practice in a collegial environment.
- A full-service, acute-care, 425-bed regional referral center.
- As one of the region’s top Level III Trauma Centers, it serves a vital role in the health of all the residents it serves.
- Office hours: 8am-5pm
- Support staff: standard support staff such as RNs, MAs along with nurse practitioner support,
- Patient volume: 10-15 pts in half day- ramp up as fast as you want/be as busy as you want.
- Week Layout: 3 days clinic, 2 days procedures
- Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
Profile Background: Gastroenterologist
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterology
- Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Texas medical license
