In this pivotal role, you will oversee curriculum development, ensure full compliance with ACGME standards, guide trainee evaluation and wellness initiatives, and assess clinical competency across all levels. You will spearhead a mission-driven recruitment process, represent the department on key committees, and collaborate with clinical and research leaders to integrate innovative training models and high-quality scholarly activity into the residency experience. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to shaping and advancing the program’s administrative and educational vision, complemented by 40% clinical effort.
