Less than 100 miles to the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida    (Physician/MD qualifications required) Neurology - Neurologist Outpatient Opportunity Near the Gulf Coast

This position focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with neurological disorders in an ambulatory setting. The role offers a predictable schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to headaches, epilepsy, stroke follow-up, movement disorders, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and cognitive disorders
Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
Interpret diagnostic tests such as EEGs, EMGs, MRIs, and CT scans (as applicable)
Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record
Provide patient education and counseling regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management
Adhere to clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
Active or eligible state medical license
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Requirements

Must maintain state certification and|or licensure.
