Our Facility is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicianto join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient primary care
Hospital employed position
Joininga well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care

Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
No ER call

Full-time employment (no locums)
Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training
