We are an established dental practice, and we are seeking an experienced Medical Office Administrator to join our team full time in Redmond WA. We’re looking for someone organized, friendly, and confident with dental insurance and patient communication to do general administrative tasks to include scheduling, phone communications, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, answer phones, and manage front desk flow
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients
• Submit and track insurance claims, post payments, and manage AR
• Collect co-pays and balances, present treatment plans
• Keep schedules full and support smooth daily operations
Details:
• Pay: $30–$36|hour + potential performance-based bonuses ~up to $75k annually
• Benefits: PTO, Health insurance stipend, retirement, holidays
• Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 2 pm on Mon, Tues, Friday)
Requirements:
• Medical office general administration with front desk and|or billing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
