I wanted to share an excellent opportunity for an experienced ARNP seeking a balanced, daytime inpatient role on Florida’s beautiful Treasure Coast.
This position offers the chance to join a well-established and growing private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate cancer care in a patient-centered environment. You would be working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers, supporting inpatient Hematology|Oncology care across several local hospitals.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities. A physician is always available for backup support, allowing for a manageable and team-oriented workflow.
Patient volume is dependent on daily admissions and can vary—ranging from as few as one patient to approximately 15 on busier days, though higher volumes are uncommon.
Qualified candidates must have at least 1–2 years of post-graduate experience. Experience in Hematology|Oncology is preferred, but candidates with a strong Internal Medicine background will also be considered.
Compensation includes a salary of $125,000, full benefits, 15 days of PTO, all major holidays off, and a relocation allowance.
