About the Role:
- Location: Crown Point and Michigan City, IN. Role Covers time at both places. Both are less than 1hr from Chicago!
- Seeking a full-time Board Certified Cardiologist who specializes in Electrophysiology to join us Interested candidate will join a talented and extensive cardiology team.
- Split time between Michigan City and Crown Point
- Inpatient call coverage 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 1 week every 3 weeks
- Weekend call: 1:3
- Average clinic volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
- Average inpatient volume: 5 patients per day
- Common procedures:
- Permanent Pacemaker implants
- Pacemaker Lead extractions
- Leadless Pacemaker implants
- ICD implants
- Left Atrial Appendage Closure
- Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation
- Convergent procedures in collaboration with cardiovascular surgeons
Candidate Background:
- Board Eligible / Board Certified Cardiology and Electrophysiology
- Ability to hold Indiana state license
