(Physician/MD qualifications required) Obstetrics and Gynecology (Maternal Fetal Medicine) - An outstanding opportunity is available for a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a highly respected, physician-led private practice in Phoenix. This well-established group has experienced significant growth and expansion over the past several years and is actively recruiting additional physicians to meet increasing patient demand, with plans to continue expanding over the next few years. The practice is comprised of three experienced MFM specialists who foster a collegial, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The group operates across multiple modern office locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and maintains strong affiliations with several leading hospitals in the region. These facilities offer advanced Level III|IV NICU support and a full range of subspecialty services, allowing physicians to practice at the highest level within a well-supported clinical environment.
This position offers a predictable Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a shared and manageable call structure. Weekday call is primarily telephone-based with minimal need to come into the hospital, while weekend call consists of light morning rounding, typically completed by midday. Physicians can expect to see approximately 12 to 16 patients per day and will be supported by a dedicated team of experienced ultrasonographers who perform all imaging studies. The practice features state-of-the-art 3D and 4D ultrasound technology and utilizes the Athena EMR system to ensure efficiency and high-quality care.
Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary of $450,000 for new graduates and $500,000 for experienced physicians, inclusive of a productivity incentive structure. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage, four weeks of vacation, and one week of CME with a $5,000 allowance. In addition, there is a clear pathway to potential partnership after three years, offering long-term professional growth and financial upside.
