We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing outpatient clinic in Boothwyn, PA. Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Establish clear goals and plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery, prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with providers and team members to optimize outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT required)
• Active Pennsylvania PT license
• 1–2 years of experience and Outpatient experience preferred
